Reprtr provides a feedback widget and reporting platform that allows website owners to collect user feedback from their visitors. Our service includes:

  • Embeddable feedback widget for websites
  • Dashboard for managing feedback submissions
  • API access for integrating with your applications
  • Analytics and reporting features

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Collect feedback for illegal purposes

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees according to the pricing plan selected
  • Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled
  • Provide accurate billing information

Free Plan

We offer a free Starter plan that allows you to use the Service with limited features. The free plan includes 1 project and up to 100 feedback submissions per month.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the subscription start date
  • Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor
  • Refund processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • Refunds for renewal payments are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reprtr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
